Heidi Ingram has over 25 years of experience in creating clear and well-structured content.
She is currently a technical editor and curator for TextileArtist Stitch Club, where she enjoys combining her writing skills with her passion for textile art.
Her experience includes technical writing and editing, artist curation, social media content writing, usability testing, training development, content management, business administration and website management.
Heidi has also worked as a technical author and eLearning project manager in the telecoms technology industry. She holds a PhD in Plant Science and a BSc (Honours) in Botany with Microbiology.
