Heidi Ingram has over 25 years of experience in creating clear and well-structured content.
She is the Learning and Workshop Development Lead for TextileArtist’s Stitch Club, where she combines her writing and editing skills with her knowledge and passion for textile art.
Her experience includes technical/non-fiction writing and editing, artist curation, workshop development, video reviewing, proofreading, social media content writing, usability testing, training, content management, business administration and WordPress website management.
Heidi previously worked in the telecoms technology industry as a Learning Products technical author and eLearning project manager. She holds a PhD in Plant Science and a BSc (Hons.) in Botany with Microbiology.
